What we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Who we are
ClassOf5 Academy is an educational initiative of NovaPoint Global Inc., based in Ontario, Canada. In this policy, “we” means ClassOf5 Academy and NovaPoint Global Inc.
What we collect
- Enquiry forms: a parent or guardian’s name, email address, phone number and country, plus the child’s first name, grade or year, subjects and preferred class times.
- Tutor applications: name, email, phone, country, subjects and experience, availability, a short statement and the resume you upload.
- Class booking and payment: handled on our booking page by our scheduling and payment providers. We do not store card numbers on this website.
- Basic site data: your approximate country, worked out from your network address, so we can show prices in your local currency. Your browser may also keep a few settings, such as your chosen plan.
Children’s information
We only collect a child’s details from a parent or guardian, and only what we need to place the child in the right class. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and suggest a level, plan and class times.
- To place learners in classes and run those classes.
- To review tutor applications and contact applicants.
- To keep the site working and show prices in the right currency.
We do not sell personal information.
Who sees it
Your details are seen by our team and by the service providers that help us run the academy, such as our form, email, scheduling, payment and video-class providers. They may only use the information to provide their service to us. Some of these providers store data outside Canada.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and applications only as long as needed to respond and to run the programme. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you or your child, or withdraw your consent to be contacted. Email us at info@classof5.com and we will reply within a reasonable time. If you live in the UK or Europe, you may also have rights under local data protection law, and we will honour them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
