The plain-language rules for using the site and joining a class.

About these terms
These terms apply when you use the ClassOf5 Academy website or enrol a learner in our classes. ClassOf5 Academy is an educational initiative of NovaPoint Global Inc. By enrolling, you confirm you are the parent or guardian of the learner, or have their parent’s permission.
Our classes
- Small-group sections hold up to five learners, run for 60 minutes and meet at the times shown when you book. Robotics & Coding meets once a week.
- Class times follow the schedule you choose when you book. Times can be Standard (a fixed time) or Flex (other times we open when there is demand).
- If a class is full, we will offer another suitable time.
- We may change a tutor or a time when needed, and will tell you in advance whenever we can.
Fees and payment
- Plans are billed monthly in Canadian dollars (CAD). Prices shown in other currencies are estimates only.
- Payment is taken securely on our booking page by our payment provider.
- Prices may change. A change will not affect a month you have already paid for.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your enrolment and receive a full refund of the amount you paid, as long as the learner has not attended any class yet. To cancel, email info@classof5.com with the learner’s name and the email used to book. Once the learner has attended a class, fees already paid are not refundable.
Learner and parent conduct
Please make sure the learner joins from a quiet space and behaves respectfully toward the tutor and classmates. Classes may not be recorded or shared without our written permission. We may remove a learner from a class for serious or repeated misconduct.
Tutors
Applying through our site does not guarantee an offer. Tutors are selected after review, a subject check and a setup check. Terms for tutors are agreed separately.
Our content
The text, design and learning materials on this site belong to ClassOf5 Academy or its licensors. Please do not copy or resell them without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without limiting any consumer rights you have where you live.
